I need to write this down somewhere because if I don’t, I won’t follow it.

Until I hit my goal of 120lbs or below, I will be eating only the following—-Fruits of all kind, vegetables, and protein-which can either be in the form of food or powder. No carbonated drinks or alcohol. Or carbs-no bread, pasta, etc…

I will hit my goal before the end of summer… If i don’t I’m going to be very upset with myself…

It's been months...

so, here we are the day after Valentines Day and i would have never thought this would be the day i put thought into my life and how things are going and where i’m headed. i feel like i should be radiating with happiness from the previous day, and while i am happy with where my life is, i cant help but think i could be happier. and before anyone reads this and thinks, “its because of her boyfriend” you are wrong. i am starting to wonder if i may be the problem. i love too hard and too fast, and that tends to scare people away, and if things dont go my way to the T i am less than pleased. but such is life right? i need to get over it, roll with the punches and realize im really not the one in control and know that everything will work out. maybe not today or tomorrow or even be completely resolved a year from now but somehow some way eventually everything is going to be a-okay. i love my family and they are some of the most amazing people i have ever had the pleasure of knowing, i may be slightly biased since they are MY family and all but come on, theyre the best. and i also have the most understanding friends. many people have come and gone from my life and i am okay with that. but the ones who have stayed and weathered the storm with me, even if they arent there everyday or we dont talk for months, i know that if i would need ANYTHING they are only a phone call away. so all in all, my life will be okay. no matter what gets thrown at me and i need to remind myself of that everyday. bills will get taken care of, if people arent meant to be in my life theyll find a way out, and i will be happy if i allow myself to be.
